Introducing Honda’s Information Terminal-HINT

Honda authorized dealers in Perak congregated at Ban Hoe Seng Museum recently for a briefing on Honda’s Information Terminal, HINT.

Honda Sales Advisors from Ban Hoe Seng and Tian Sang Group at the HINT briefing held at Ban Hoe Seng Museum.

The HINT is an application that acts as a sales tool kit. It is accessible via a mobile phone and is available for Android as well as I-phone users and is integrated with Honda systems for smooth sales operations.

The application allows sales advisers to obtain the latest information, to do bookings and will be used by all sales personnel.

Getting logged on to HINT with assistance from Honda Systems personnel. 

The application was ready to go and could be used immediately.

The sales teams from the Tian Sang Group from Ipoh, Teluk Intan, Manjung and Tanjong Malaim together with Ban Hoe Seng personnel were present for the briefing.

A team of Honda Sales Division System Executives was on hand to guide the sales teams on the use of the application.

Once the briefing was done the advisors were seen logging in to get a feel of the application assisted by Honda Malaysia system executives.

World Pastry Chef Presents Prizes to Honda ‘Kids Colouring Contest’ Winners.

Honda's 'Kids Colouring Contest' yesterday August 13 saw a strong attendance from children participating in the contest.

The event at Ban Hoe Seng Sdn Bhd showroom took a grand step upward as the winners had the pleasure of receiving their prizes from World Champion Pastry Chef En-Ming Hsu.

Ban Hoe Seng was one of the many Honda authorised dealers who opened their showrooms last Saturday August 13.

Honda authorized dealer Ban Hoe Seng, was one of scores of authorised dealers throughout the country that opened their showrooms for the contest.

En-Ming and Ban Hoe Seng Chairman Ignatius Chew are close relatives and the World Champion graciously presented the winners their prizes.

Hsu"s mother Barbara Chew  Weng San was born in Ipoh. Both mother and daughter live in the United States and are currently in Ipoh for a vacation.

Another family member Jamie Chang made an appearance as a Star Wars personality complete with a ‘Princess Leia’ lookalike by his side causing the participating children to briefly down their colouring pencils.

Providing support for the event was Honda Malaysia, Sales and Planning, Department Head Rachel Tan.

Honda's 'Kids Colouring Contest' was opened to 3 age categories 3-6, 7-9 and 10-12 year olds

Only the first from each category would be eligible to contest for the grand prize of 2 tickets to the Malaysian Grand Prix in October as well as "Toys 'R' Us" shopping vouchers.

Loh Ji Choong,9 won the 1st place in the 7-9 year old category

Hannah Foo Jia Ying,5 won in the 3-6 year old category.

The winners for the respective age categories were

3-6 years old Hannah Foo Jia Ying  (F)

7-9 years old Loh Ji Choong  (M)

10-12 years old Woo Mei Shan (F)

As is common at all Ban Hoe Seng events lunch was held at Ignatius Chews family museum allowing the public a glimpse of Ipoh history.

All patrons who attended the event participated in a lucky draw and everyone walked home with a goodie bag.

Star Wars personalities at Honda's "Kids Colouring Contest"

Juara Pastry Dunia Memberi Hadiah kepada Pemenang Pertandingan Mewarna Kanak-kanak Honda

Juara Pastry Dunia  Chef En-Ming Hsu (seluar puteh) bersama dengan pemenang pertandingan mewarna Woo Mei Shan, 10 dalam kategori umor 10-12. 

Pertandingan mewarna kanak-kanak Honda pada Ogos 13 telah menyaksikan kehadiran yang padat dari kalangan kanak-kanak yang hadir.

Ban Hoe Seng, pengedar Honda tersohor diIpoh lebih dari 50 tahun pengalaman adalah salah seorang daripada puluhan pengedar sah di seluruh negara telah membuka bilik pameran mereka khusus untuk pertandingan ini.

Antara tarikan dipamiran tersebut adalah pemenang berpeluang menerima hadiah mereka daripada Juara Pastry Dunia Chef En-Ming Hsu. Kebetulan En-Ming dan Pengurusi Ban Hoe Seng, Ignatius Chew ada lah saudara.

Ban Hoe Seng adalah salah satu daripada banyak pengedar yang sah Honda yang membuka bilik pameran mereka pada Sabtu Ogos 13..

Ibu Hsu, Barbara Chew Weng San (kiri dalam gambar) dilahirkan di Ipoh. Kedua-dua ibu dan anak perempuan tinggal di Amerika Syarikat dan dating ke Ipoh untuk bercuti.

Seorang lagi anggota keluarga Jaime Cheng tampil sebagai personaliti ‘Star Wars’ dan didampingi oleh seorang berwajah 'Princess Leia' di sisi nya. Ini menyebabkan kanak-kanak yang mengambil bahagian mengaleh pandangan sejenak.

Antara yang membantu acara ini adalah Ketua Bahagian Honda Jualan dan Perancangan Honda Malaysia, Rachel Tan.

"Kanak-kanak Pertandingan Mewarna 'Honda terbuka kepada 3 kategori umur 3-6, 7-9 dan 10-12.

Hanya yang pertama dari setiap kategori layak bertanding untuk hadiah utama iaitu dua tiket ke Grand Prix Malaysia pada bulan Oktober serta baucar membelibelah"Toys 'R Us".

Pemenang bagi kategori umur adalah:

3-6 tahun Hannah Foo Jia Ying

7-9 tahun Loh Ji Choong

10-12 tahun Woo Mei Shan

Peserta turun pensel warna mereka dengan ketibaan personaliti Star Wars.
